Andrew Shewbart is an accomplished executive and board member with over 20 years of experience in education management and training across Asia. Holding an M.Ed. in Teaching English to Young Learners from the University of York (UK) and a B.A. in Economics from Vanderbilt University, he is a certified Teaching English as a Foreign Language to Children specialist from Columbia University Teachers College. Mr. Shewbart authored Columbia University Teachers College's TEFL-C module "Teaching through Technology."

As the EVP and Board Member of ALO7, China's largest digital publisher and B2B content solutions provider, he spearheaded digital curriculum development, offering English Language Learning (ELL) and STEM guidance to 10,000 schools and managing various teams. His leadership contributed to ALO7's remarkable growth, attracting over 15 million registered users in 15 years.

Recognized as one of the Top 30 Foreign Entrepreneurs in China, Mr. Shewbart played a pivotal role in securing funding from international venture investors. He also influenced ALO7's vision and product development, including 400 digital readers, textbooks, and cutting-edge ELL and STEM solutions for Chinese educators and students. Under his leadership, ALO7's Genius English series became a CODiEaward finalist.

Before ALO7, Mr. Shewbart founded William Language Schools in Taiwan and later joined Disney English, playing a crucial role in its inception and growth.
