Jeff Cotten serves as Chief Executive Officer of Alvaria. Jeff joined Alvaria in June 2022 after leading a successful exit at Adreessen Horowitz and Next Coast Ventures backed Tenfold to LivePerson. Alvaria is a SaaS company that provides communications and workforce management software for customer service and inside sales operations.

Prior to Alvaria and his 3 years of leading Tenfold through a turnaround, Jeff spent 10 years at Rackspace in a variety of roles and most recently as President and Chief Revenue Officer.

A native of Dallas, Jeff began his career at EDS where he served 11 years in a variety of roles for innovation and development to strategic sales to airline operations. Jeff earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from The University of Texas at Austin and a master’s degree in engineering management from Southern Methodist University. He is an innovator, author and contributor to seven patents.
