Stephanie L. Johnson is an Environment, Health, & Safety professional with AT&T, Inc. EHS Waste program. She leads a team of project managers who have responsibility for waste removal projects, coordinating stakeholders and vendors for the safe and compliant management of waste that includes recycling, disposal, transportation, site registrations, and annual reporting for AT&T locations across the nation, territories and Mexico.    She served as president of the Texas Exes Black Alumni Network, 2015-2018.  She is passionate about serving as a mentor and speaker at the UT College of Natural Sciences programs and events. She was keynote speaker at the college’s annual Aspire Banquet, served on the Women in Science Panel, and as an ambassador for the annual Pass the Baton event.

She is also active in her local community volunteering and serving on local boards and commissions. Stephanie is member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. where she has served as president of her local Sorority chapter. She is a member American Society of Safety Professionals previously serving as president of the local chapter and currently as the Area Director for Region III.  Stephanie received her undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Texas at Austin and a Life member of Texas Exes.
