Posters will be displayed in room 2.402 of the Peter O'Donnell Jr. Building, just across the hallway from the Avaya Auditorium where the conference talks will be held. All coffee breaks etc. will be in this room. Posters from UT graduate and undergraduate students are especially welcome.
Poster Guidelines:
Please print your poster as close to size 36'' x 42'' WxH as possible. A0 portrait size (33.1'' x 46.8'' WxH) will also work. Posters larger than this will not fit the stands, and significantly smaller posters may be difficult to mount.
If you are presenting a poster and wish to present a 1 minute poster advertisement during the conference, please send a single slide by Monday, Oct 21st to the Bashfest team.
Each author is responsible for mounting his/her material prior to the opening of the poster session and for removing it at the end of the meeting. We will leave four binder clips at each poster site for you to mount your poster. Posters can be mounted starting at 12pm noon on Tuesday, Oct 22th and should be taken down by 3:00 PM Wednesday, Oct 23th.
If you are not planning on taking your poster with you at the end of the conference, please place it in one of the recycling bins found throughout the POB building. The Bashfest organizers take no responsibility for poster materials left behind.
