I am a research fellow in Dr. Juenger’s lab, working on quantitative genetic analyses including the development and implementation of various QTL and GWAS analysis pipelines, and leading analyses of switchgrass datasets in genomics, bioinformatics and population genetics, including genotype by environment analysis, genomic prediction, and variant calling etc.
