Amelia Hall graduated with a BS in Molecular Genetics from the University of Rochester. Amelia joined the lab in 2007 and worked to purify calmodulin and mutant varieties of it for the electrophysiology researchers. In 2010, Amelia entered graduate school at UT in the Microbiology PhD program. She joined the lab of Dr. Vishy Iyer, where she worked to understand the epigenetic and genetic changes that occur in brain cancer (glioblastoma multiforme).
