Ben Liebeskind is a post-doctoral researcher co-advised by Dr. Edward Marcotte and Dr. Richard Aldrich. Ben's interests lie in the evolution of the nervous system, and in particular, ion channels and their interactions. He is currently developing methods to map the evolution of protein-protein interactions across species involving mass spectrometry, machine learning and phylogenetic modeling.
