Project description:

In July 2010, researchers from the Netherlands identified a new polyomavirus, Trichodysplasia Spinulosa-associated Polyomavirus (TSV), and determined it to be the causative agent of the rare skin disease, Trichodysplasia Spinulosa. My project aims to discover more about TSV and what elements the virus may posses that aid in its infection cycle.
