Oliver was the third graduate student to receive his PhD from the Sullivan Lab. He is now studying viral microRNAs with Dr. Finn Grey at the University of Edinburgh in Scotland.

Project description:

My project focuses on identifying and understanding the functions of novel non-coding RNAs from the human tumor virus, KSHV. In addition, I study alternative functions for the host RNAi machinery in regulating viral gene expression
