Heewon Yoon is a 4th-year Biology major at the University of Texas at Austin. She is interested in how childhood environment and stressors affect an individual’s cognitive ability and their health outcomes in adulthood. After graduating, Heewon hopes to go to medical school to become a pediatrician or a family physician. During her free time, she loves to watch movies and enjoys having conversations with her friends and family. She also loves eating good food with her loved ones. 

Heewon is now a student at Sam Houston State University's College of Osteopathic Medicine.
