Leave policy: If a graduate student is experiencing significant health or personal issues that pose a barrier to meeting the demands of the program, University policy allows a student to take unpaid leave for up to 12 months. However, the INS desires to offer our students guidance and support to enable them to remain active in the graduate program. Any student that feels they must consider taking leave is encouraged to contact the INS graduate advisors, Marie Monfils or Nicholas Priebe to confidentially discuss their situation
