Registration for EuroWD is now CLOSED!

As part of registration this year, you will be asked to agree to the EuroWD21 Code of Conduct. If you have any questions or concerns about the Code of Conduct, please contact the conference organizers ar euroWD21@gmail.com.
Cost of Registration
Early registration until May 11th: $310
Late registration until June 15th: $360
This price includes a printed copy of the conference proceedings, lunch and coffee during breaks each day, and the welcome reception on Sunday evening. There will be a social outing on Wednesday afternoon but this is not included in the registration fee. Details on the social outing will be sent at a later date via email.
A banquet dinner will be held on Thursday, July 26th at the UT Club on campus. You may reserve a spot at the dinner when you complete your registration. The banquet will cost $80 per person for Faculty and Postdocs and $60 per person for graduate and undergraduate students. If anyone wishes to bring guests, they will be charged an additional $80 per guest. The cost of dinner includes a full three course meal and two hours of open bar, followed by a cash bar. At registration, make sure to indicate which menu option you prefer and if there are any special dietary constraints for us to consider.
Abstract Submission
Each person is limited to one abstract for a talk, but may submit multiple abstracts for posters if desired. If you want one of your presentations included in the proceedings, payment for registration must be received by the early registration deadline (May 11th). We will accept submissions for posters past the May 11th deadline, but they won't appear in the proceedings. Abstracts for talks will not be accepted past May 11th so that we can finalize the talk schedule. If we run out of slots for talks, you may present your talk as a poster instead. Each abstract must be 250 words or less.
Financial Support for EuroWD
We have limited funds to support people traveling to EuroWD, which will likely come in the form of waiving the registration fee. The intention for these funds is to facilitate participation for people whose travel funds are currently insufficient to cover the full trip cost.
The deadline for applying will be March 31st, although we cannot guarantee that funds will last this long. People will be considered for support on a rolling basis. Please apply for support as soon as possible so that you may be given full consideration.
