  • Full board accommodations (breakfast, lunch and dinner) will be provided in the Hoang Yen Hotel in Quy Nhon. All meals will be served in the hotel for all participants except lunch which will be served in the conference venue. Please note : Breakfast will be served at Hoang Yen, lunches at the ICISE conference site and dinner at Hotel Seagull (next to Hoang Yen hotel).
  • The full board cost per person for 13 days is $650 US for a double room  and $910 US for a single room.
  • Participants are expected to arrive on Sunday, July 9, and leave on Saturday, July 22 in the afternoon. 
  • The conference will take place in the ICISE center. The Viet Nus workshop will be located in the conference on the second floor which can host up 100 participants. Please note that the first floor is the ground floor.
  • Every day, in the morning a bus will take participants to the conference site and will bring them back after the afternoon session.
